Today's WGNS / Rion's Flowers and Gifts Good Neighbor of the Day are the folks at the City Café on the Square. They're under new management and the person who nominated them wanted to make sure they got a good neighbor welcome to Murfreesboro. Today, the staff at City Café receive flowers from Rion's Flowers and Gifts as the WGNS Good Neighbor of the Day.
