Our WGNS / Rion Flower Shop Good Neighbor of the Day is Stephanie Deason. Someone wrote, "Ms. Deason found a dog in the Kmart parking lot and took it home with her. This is not the first time she has taken dogs in. She constantly helps to rescue lost dogs and find their owner."
