A Cookeville, Tennessee man has been charged for the fifth time with DUI. 44-Year old Kevin Scott Hammond was pulled over on Broad Street Sunday morning in Murfreesboro by Murfreesboro Police.

The arrest report shows that Hammond was unsteady on his feet when he stepped out of his Hyundai. His eyes were also glossy and bloodshot, according to the same report on file at the MPD. Furthermore, Hammond admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages earlier in the evening.

After the Cookeville man failed a field sobriety test, police checked his driving history and discovered that he had been convicted of DUI on four previous occasions. Hammond was also charged with Driving on a Revoked License. He will appear in a Rutherford County Courtroom on February 3, 2015.

As of Monday evening, Hammond was still behind bars and had not made bond.
