Miss Tennessee to be at Stewarts Creek Middle School on May 16th

On Saturday, May 16, Stewarts Creek Middle School (Smyrna, TN) will hold its second annual fundraising pageant for the Family Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA).

This year's event will feature 20 young ladies and nine gentlemen competing for titles of Miss and Mr. Stewarts Creek Middle School 1st, 2nd and 3rd runner up, Miss Congeniality and Miss Photogenic.

The highlight of the evening will be a guest appearance from reigning Miss Tennessee, Hayley Lewis. Lewis will perform three songs at the pageant, including the song she sang at the recent Miss America pageant, plus she will sign autographs during intermission of the show.

Several notables from the pageant world will be in attendance at the pageant including Miss MTSU, Katie McGrath and Miss Murfreesboro, Alex Wallace who will lend their expertise at the judges' table. They will be joined by the director of Austin Peay's pageant Victor Felts and the director for Miss Capital City, Gary Briggs. Stewarts Creek's own Holly Alexander will co-host the event, and is the reigning Mrs. Middle Tennessee.

Admission:

Admission is $5.00 at the door and the event will be held in the auditorium of Stewarts Creek Middle School. Program begins at 5 P.M.
