A 53-year old Murfreesboro man has been charged for the 4th time with "Driving on a Suspended License." Terry Lewis Henry was stopped on Middle Tennessee Boulevard for not wearing a seatbelt Sunday afternoon. When police conducted a warrants check, the dispatch computer showed that Terry Lewis Henry had a suspended license for failing to pay child support. In fact, he had three prior convictions for driving on a suspended license.

To make matters worse, Henry also had a warrant for his arrest after he failed to appear in court recently. As a result, he was charged with not only driving on a suspended license for the 4th time, but also served the warrant for failing to appear in court.
