A 64-year old Murfreesboro man was arrested after allegedly eating a $10 crack rock. Ezakiel Smith was pulled over on South University Street this past weekend for having a broken taillight. The officer who pulled Smith over noted that Smith had something in his mouth. When asked to show what it was, Smith allegedly showed the officer in question that it was a crack rock and then swallowed it. Smith was charged with destruction of evidence and with violating his probation. Smith will have to appear in court on November 1st.
