"12 Angry Men" opens Oct. 2nd in Woodbury

You'll feel the tension unravel in the deliberation room just feet from a packed courtroom as twelve angry men sort out the facts and try to reach a verdict in a murder trial. "Twelve Angry Men" takes to the stage at the Arts Center of Cannon County, located in nearby Woodbury at 1424 John Bragg Highway.

When twelve jury members file into the deliberation room, the life of a sixteen-year old boy is in their hands. What seems like an open-and-shut murder case on the surface proves to be more complex and demanding than any of them thought. This classic courtroom drama will keep audiences on the edge of their seats until the very last vote is cast.

Starring Cannon County native and former TV & radio personality, Aaron Solomon, as Juror #8, the impressive cast boasts over 250 years of performance experience. Middle Tennessee theater goers will recognize many familiar faces in the cast which includes Mark Henry, David Campbell, Darryl Deason , Bill White, Gerold Oliver , Mark Dixon, Matt Smith, Byron Whiting, Phil Mote, Bill Levine, and Mitch Shannon. 12 Angry Men is sponsored by Bouldin & Reed, PLC and directed by Terry Deason.

Performances are Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30, along with Sunday afternoon 2:00 o'clock matinees, starting October 2nd through the 17th. Tickets are $13 with discounts available for students and seniors and can be purchased by calling 615-563-ARTS (2787) Tuesday through Saturday 10AM-4PM or online at artscenterofcc.com and (subject to availability) at the door one hour prior to show time. There are no service fees for online or smartphone ticket purchases. The Arts Center of Cannon County is located on 1424 John Bragg Highway, in neighboring Woodbury, Tennessee.
