Around 7:30 Thursday morning (9/1/2011) the Rutherford County Sheriffs Office received reports of an armed man in the vicinity of Stewart's Creek Elementary and Middle Schools. the dual-campus on Red Hawk Boulevard in Smyrna was on "Code Red" as students arrived.
