Two Coffee County men were arrested Friday on rape charges. 42 year old Larry Price of Tullahoma was charged with two counts of rape. The alleged incident occurred on two different occasions. The charges were filed against Price by Tullahoma Police investigator Harry Conway.
Steve Brinkley of Manchester was charged with statutory rape Friday. The charges allegedly were brought by Coffee County investigator Larry Floyd that involved a 16 year old girl.
