A sexual battery / unlawful photography report was filed at a Memorial Boulevard grocery store in Murfreesboro on Monday evening.

Police responded to Publix around 6:30 in the evening after a woman in the store told police a man was taking photographs of her as she bent over. An in store video surveillance camera caught the incident on tape.

According to police, the white male who photographed the woman appeared to be about 5 foot 10 inches tall. The subject was bald, but had facial hair. The culprit was said to have a slender build and could be seen following the victim closely throughout the store while constantly looking over his shoulder.

The video showed that when the victim walked down the dairy aisle inside Publix, it was just the two of them on the aisle. At one point the man actually got on the floor and began taking photos up the victim dress.

The incident is similar to what was previously reported at the Kohl's Department Store on Old Fort Parkway this past Saturday. Murfreesboro Police are currently investigating the cases.
