Celebrated contemporary Christian music artist, Matthew West, is set to perform in Murfreesboro on Thursday, September 22, at New Vision Baptist Church for the inaugural Special Kids concert entitled Special Kids Evening with Matthew West.

The Grammy-nominated and Dove Award winning artist will perform a collection of his Christian worship hits to benefit children at Special Kids. The concert will bring one of America's leading Christian music artists to the heart of middle Tennessee, making the event accessible for Murfreesboro residents and surrounding communities.

" We are excited to have such a notable artist coming to Murfreesboro. He has such a passion for worship and we are thrilled to have him partnering with Special Kids," states Ashley Russom, event specialist at Special Kids.

Preceding the concert, Special Kids will showcase a private performance and discussion with Matthew West to 300 guests along with dinner provided by Demos' Restaurant and Peter D's. Afterwards, 1,500 tickets for the concert will be available for general admission and premium seating.

Dinner tickets are on sale for $125. Concert tickets are sold separately for $35 for general admission, $65 for premium seating, and discounts for groups of 10 or more. Proceeds from the event will benefit children with special needs that are served at Special Kids Therapy & Nursing Center.
