A Rockvale resident has been arrested and charged with his second DUI and reckless endangerment. Police say that Blake J. Rutledge had his four year old daughter in the car with him when he was pulled over on S. Church Street at Warrior Drive. Police noted when they asked Rutledge to step out of his car, he had marijuana on his shirt and therefore he was charged with possession of a schedule 6 drug. Rutledge also failed a field sobriety test. His daughter was released to a babysitter and he was carted off to jail. Rutledge will appear in court on November the 10th.
