GUILTY: Man Accused of Beating/Robbing Eagleville Couple

Ronald Damon is guilty of the 2009 beating and robbery of an elderly Eagleville couple. The jury decision handed down to the 37-year old Tuesday afternoon. Damon was found guilty of beating and robbing Cecil and Edna Story just after Christmas in 2009. He faced various burglary, kidnapping and robbery charges, which could carry a sentence of anywhere from 29-years to 112-years in prison. He will remain in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center until he's sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Don Ash November 29th.
