Thomas Zeb Massey is accused of firing a shotgun at an acquaintance on Saturday. Murfreesboro Police Reports show that the 20 warned Dustin Alsup to leave him alone prior to firing a gun at him. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on Barfield Crescent Road where Massey was located. Massey allegedly fired at Alsup shortly after he pulled into Vintage at the Park apartments. Massey was evidently on the phone with Alsup when he pulled into the apartments and warned him on the phone that he would shoot him if he pulled into the complex. Luckily, Alsup and his passenger Hayden Frymire were not injured in the shooting. No word on what led to the confrontation between Massey and Alsup.
