Endangered Missing Child in Middle Tennessee Area

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a statewide Endangered Child Alert on behalf of the Dekalb County Sheriff's Office. Authorities are on the lookout for 8 month old Xavier Billings.

The small child was last seen with his biological parents Andrew Billings and Adriana Billings on Thursday, November 10 after they fled the scene of an accident in Dekalb County. Law enforcement officials are concerned because a mobile methamphetamine lab was found in their vehicle.

Both Andrew and Adriana Billings have active warrants for manufacturing methamphetamine and aggravated child abuse out of Dekalb County, Tennessee.

Description of baby:

Xavier is a white male, 0'20" tall, 17 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
