The 2017 9th Annual Healing Field- Flags of Remembrance is set for Memorial Day Weekend, May 27-29th. Opening ceremony and posting of the flags is at 8AM on Saturday (5/27/17), and the closing ceremony is at 5PM Monday with keynote speaker retired Lt. General Keith Huber.

JoAnne Skidmore, President of the Noon Exchange Club, told WGNS about the event...

"We have been overwhelmed by the positive response from the community about our new location this year at The Grove at Williamson Place across from The Avenue on Medical Center Parkway. " - 2017 Co-Chair Kelsey Ketron

This is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together to honor and remember those who have served and are serving our community and our country, as well as those who have given the ultimate sacrifice.

"We are honored to host the Healing Field at The Grove. We invite everyone to come out, bring the family and make a day of it. Enjoy a picnic in the grove, take a walk through the flags, honor your hero by sponsoring a flag to be flown on the field. Pick some strawberries while you're here." -Marshall Campbell, The Grove

The Noon Exchange Club is a local chapter of the National Exchange Club. The oldest national service club in America. We promote Americanism, Family and Community. Our national project is the prevention of Child Abuse.
