Rutherford County Juvenile Court Judge Donna Scott Davenport says there is a dramatic need for foster homes here in Rutherford County. Kayce Watson and Denise Cottrell with Harmony Family Center share the heart warming benefits of being a foster parent. Watson says they need a place to have a meeting with prospective foster parents in October. They are expecting 20-30 persons, and a bank meeting room, restaurant or other meeting location is needed.
