A local college student has been arrested and charged with "Sexual Battery" in Murfreesboro.
20 Year old Kevin Martin was charged after police interviewed the victim and a witness. Martin then visited the Criminal Investigation Headquarters at the Murfreesboro Police Department where he was arrested and charged with sexual battery.
An order of protection was also served on Martin at the time of his arrest and subsequent booking at the Sheriff's Office.
Martin will be in court on February 29, 2018.
