A 39-year old Smyrna, TN man has been arrested on a charge dealing with rape.
Intake information at the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office indicates Ilaz Neziri was taken into custody on October 25, 2020. He was arrested under a sealed indictment. Neziri was released on a $90,000 bond October 27, 2020.
He will appear in a Rutherford County Courtroom in the near future, but the exact date of that appearance could not be confirmed on Friday evening (11/6/2020). The arresting charge comes from an investigation that originated in Murfreesboro, TN.
