Rockvale High School student Taylor Bell is making history as being one of the first female Eagle Scout’s in Rutherford County...

Bell described what it was like when she first joined the Boy Scouts several years ago while attending Blackman Middle School...

Despite challenges, she pushed through and is now part of history...

Taylor Bell earned her Eagle Scout award earlier this year while in Troop 2019 at Trinity United Methodist Church. Bell and other female Eagle Scouts will be nationally recognized for the award in February of 2021.

Bell told WGNS that she is proud to be a part of history...

Her Eagle Scout project was to design and build an obstacle course in agility for Rutherford County Sheriff’s K9s, which she accomplished...

Again, Bell has already received her rank of Eagle Scout and will be nationally recognized in February (2021).
