A murder case involving the shooting death of a 17-year old LaVergne resident will be in the local courts this week. The murder of Yudjy (YOU-gee) Cherubin took place on April 20, 2018. Evidently, Cherubin was killed when he went to meet someone selling a cellphone that was listed in the classified app known as LetGo.

Again, Bryan Berry and Marquez Hughes are scheduled to appear in court this Thursday.
