A man was shot in Antioch near Interstate 24. Metro Nashville Police beleive that robbery is a potential motive in the January 31st fatal shooting that happened at 2:10 a.m.

29-Year old Alexis Sevilla Chacon was shot and killed near the gas pumps at the Twice Daily market, 5272 Cane Ridge Road.

Chacon, of Antioch, arrived at the market in a 2017 Dodge Challenger and went inside the store. A gray or silver Chrysler sedan (possibly a Chrysler 300) entered the parking lot, the occupants of which waited for Chacon to return to his Dodge. When he did, two individuals from the Chrysler, at least one of them armed with a pistol, approached. A struggle ensued and Chacon was shot. The two males got back into the Chrysler and fled onto Bell Road.

Anyone with information about the Chrysler or the persons in it is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers to Crime Stoppers can remain anonymous and qualify for a cash reward.
