Haley Burt is a volunteer with a BIG heart. She just pledged to have her head shaved, for the second year, in the Bald in the Boro event coming March 15th. She is doing this to honor friends who are cancer survivors. She collected over twelve hundred Christmas cards for wounded soldiers…and has organized a get-well card campaign for a friend who’s fighting cancer. She is a member of CLUB YES and mentors a homeless child by reading to her weekly, playing and just spending time. By the way, Haley Burt is only 10-years old.
