The Pension Committee of the Murfreesboro Electric Department Pension Plan will meet at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 3, 2021, in Council Chambers, at City Hall, 111 West Vine Street, Murfreesboro, Tenn. The sole purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the pension plan of what was once Murfreesboro Electric.
As reported last year, the city sold Murfreesboro Electric to Middle Tennessee Electric for $245-million.
