(SMYRNA, TN)  The Town of Smyrna Parks and Recreation Department is seeking the public’s input to update the Parks Master Plan.

The results of the previous master plan, which covered 2006 – 2020, included investing in Cedar Stone Park, SplashTown Aquatic Center, and the renovations to Lee Victory Recreation Park.

Officials want to make certain that public opinions have not changed.

To make recommendations, go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Smyrna_Parks_MasterPlan to complete a survey that will provide valuable information to help guide the planning process.

Mayor Mary Esther Reed noted, "The Town of Smyrna is a vibrant, growing community committed to providing the best quality of life for our citizens.  A cornerstone of this commitment is a robust parks system."

The survey will close Friday, June 4, 2021.
