(SMYRNA, TN) A woman indicted by the Grand Jury and charged with selling fentanyl laced drugs has been arrested. Smyrna Police are holding Jessica Frey at the Rutherford Conty Adult Detention Center.
She is charged with second degree murder for selling the drugs to a person who overdosed and died. The medical examiner determined that fentanyl caused this death. Smyrna Police Department Narcotics Unit identified Smyrna resident Jessica Frey as the individual suspected of selling the drugs to the victim.
Frey She is awaiting judicial hearings.
