Folklore Weather Forecasting

Erek Romans shared a photo of some persimmons from his tree in the Midland community. They show spoons - and folklore weather forecasting would indicate lots of snow for the area this winter. Thanks Erek for sharing!

Peggy King also brought up an article as well. It mentions high spider webs and black wolly worms in nearby Cannon County plus spoon shapes in persimmons. All of those folklore signs point to a cold, snowy winter.
