Murfreesboro Law Firm to Host Free Fantasy Football Contest, Over $1,000 in Prizes

Aug 17, 2022 at 12:01 pm by WGNS

The Law Office of W. Scott Kimberly announced its Seventh Annual Friends & Family Fantasy Football Invitational this week, which will award over $1,000.00 in cash and prizes to participants, including a $500.00 Cash Prize for First Place, a $250.00 Cash Prize for Second Place, and a $100.00 Cash Prize for Third Place.

The Fantasy Football Contest is open to the public and is free to enter. The deadline to submit teams is Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 7:15 p.m. Central Time. The Contest will accept late entries until Sunday, September 11, 2022, at 11:55 a.m. Central Time, provided that late entries do not select any players from games that have already been played.

Unlike traditional fantasy football leagues, this contest does not require significant time requirement, weekly roster moves, or weekly adds and drops. Instead, entrants select their team to start the year and are allowed two changes that can be used at any point throughout the year.

“We all have friends who like to watch football, but who may not want to check a roster every day or change players every week,” said Murfreesboro Lawyer Scott Kimberly, who first organized the Football Contest in 2015. “This format allows even casual fans to pick a team, cheer for your players, and follow along with updated standings that are sent directly to your inbox each week.”
