Our community is fortunate to have caring and professional emergency responders. During one of the recent pop-up downpours, a motorist’s car stranded. Murfreesboro Police Officer Barham saw the woman in distress and without hesitation—Officer Barham jumped-out of the police car and put-on his rain gear.
