Members of the E.A. Davis Elk Lodge #1138 and the Rebecca Carney Temple #A798 are volunteering their time and showing some community love as they are hosting a Valentine's Sneaker Ball for the persons supported at Journeys In Community Living (JICL).
The Valentine's Sneaker Ball will be held Friday, February 10, 2023, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Elks Lodge located at 2406 Halls Hill Pike.
Journeys In Community Living is a non-profit in Murfreesboro that supports adults with disabilities in choosing and realizing their visions of where and how they live, work, and socialize. Currently, Journeys serves 120 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Rutherford and Cannon counties. Our persons supported enjoy hitting the dance floor and living a healthy and secure life.
