(SMYRNA, TN) There was a Sunday morning (4/23/2023) accident with injuries on Almaville Road near the entrance to I-24.
This was a two-vehicle crash involving a small SUV and a Ford pickup. The truck came to rest on its side at the entrance to McDonalds, and the SUV was in front of the Shell convenience center.
Smyrna Fire Department's A-shift was quickly on-the-scene, along with help from paramedics with the Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services. Officers from the Smyrna Police Department investigated the crash scene and also did a great job of keeping the traffic moving.
