St. Clair Senior Center's GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP Now Meets Weekly

(MURFREESBORO) There are changes being made for age 60+ residents. The St. Clair Senior Center at 325 St. Clair Street continuously looks for ways to better serve that segment of our community.

Grief Support Group 

The grief support group will now be meeting on a weekly basis, starting May 17, 2023.  If you would like to come to this group, feel free to join them starting Wednesdays, May 17 at 10:00AM.

Safer Senior Living / Care Options

Safer Senior Living and Care Options will educate us how to transition from living in our own home to an assisted living facility, memory care, etc., as well as options and assistance available.  A light breakfast will be offered.  Sign up today!

Normal Aging vs Dementia

Normal Aging vs Dementia will be held on Tuesday, May 16 at 9:30 (the day was incorrect in the Senior Connection).

Let’s Talk About That meets Monday, May 15 at 9:30.  Join us for a “Have You Ever…” discussion. 

Fencing

Monday, May 15 at 12:30, in Room 104, join Murfreesboro Fencing Club for a fencing demonstration and learn some basic fencing moves.  Sign up at the front desk.
