UPDATE: Silver Alert Canceled - The 64-year-old man who was the subject of a Silver Alert missing person case in Middle Tennessee has been safely located, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations. Thanks to the work of concerned citizens, local law enforcement agencies and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), the man was found in Nashville.
Originally, the SILVER ALERT was issued on behalf of authorities in Lebanon, which is where the man calls home. The alert was for James Ridley, who was thought to be traveling towards the Hermitage, TN area.
Officials reported that Ridley has a medical issue that could impair his ability to return home without assistance. He evidently went missing on Sunday (7/16/2023).
