MURFREESBORO, TN – Murfreesboro Police responded to an attempted vehicle theft on Bridge Avenue at 5:09 PM on Monday evening, August 14. Police set up a perimeter and searched the area, looking for the attempted vehicle thief. Police used a drone and K9 to search for the person.
Eventually, the Tennessee Highway Patrol located the suspect, who has been detained for questioning. At this point, details on possible charges have not been confirmed. WGNS will continue to follow this story.
