(MURFREESBORO) As reported earlier on WGNS News, Murfreesboro Police are investigating a car burglary that occurred almost a month ago near the Old Fort Park golf course. A car parked on Golf Lane was broken-into and credit cards were reportedly taken.
Later, the owner of the credit cards was informed that $500 in gift cards were purchased at Walgreen's on Memorial Boulevard, Target on the Old Fort Parkway, and Walgreen's in Smyrna.
Do you remember seeing anything suspicious around the parking lot on Golf Lane on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2023? Perhaps someone caught your attention at one of the two Walgreen's or a the Murfreesboro Target store.
Murfreesboro Police Detectives have surveillance photos of a person of interest. They would like to talk to this about the case. If you know this man, please contact Detective Lance Hofmeister at 629-201-5587.
