New Term to Start in January for the EMT Course at TCAT

MURFREESBORO, TN – The new EMT program is off to a great start with one session of classes wrapping up and a new one beginning.  Tennessee College of Applied Technology President Patrick Wade stated... He said financial aid is also available to those who qualify.

The new 300-hour course is designed to instruct a student to the level of Emergency Medical Technician. As many realize, EMT’s serve a vital link in the healthcare system... Jobs in the medical field are readily available in nearly all lines of work within the healthcare system, which makes the new course even more desirable for local residents.

In January, a new term will begin at the TCAT campus in Murfreesboro, which is where the EMT course is instructed. Classes meet on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 4:30 pm and 9:30 pm.
