A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for all Middle Tennessee counties from late Sunday evening until Tuesday morning. Two to four inches of snow is possible. Combined with the dangerously cold temperatures, significant impacts are expected with this event.
Snow begins across Middle TN late Sunday night and continues through Tuesday morning. In general, 2 to 4 inches is possible. The heaviest snow will fall during the day Monday, leading to rapidly deteriorating conditions. Significant impacts will likely last into Thursday as temperatures will stay below freezing, meaning the snow will not a chance to melt.
