His dedication to education is evident in his diverse roles, serving as a teacher, coach, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Headmaster throughout his career.
Vaughn's commitment to Rutherford County students has been unwavering. He began his journey as a teacher and coach at Murfreesboro Central High School and went on to assume leadership roles as the Principal of Central Middle School, Principal of Blackman Middle School, and Principal of Oakland High School. He also served as the Headmaster at Providence Christian Academy, concluding his educational career as an Adjunct Professor at Middle Tennessee State University in the Womack Leadership Program within the College of Education.
