Murfreesboro, TN - The Murfreesboro Community Development Department is currently accepting online applications for two grants aimed at providing housing and services to eligible residents. These grants are open to local non-profit and government agencies. The grants, namely the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnership Grant, will accept applications until February 22, 2024.

Meanwhile, the HOME Investment Partnership Grant addresses the housing needs of the low to moderate income community. This grant can be utilized for home repairs, homebuyer assistance, rental housing, and rent assistance.

Robert Holtz, the Community Development Director, urges eligible agencies to apply for these grants.
