Murfreesboro Police Officer Terry Spence gave him a ticket, and then had a heart-to-heart conversation. I am so thankful there is an officer like him who is making our community safer. I am thankful that Officer Spence had a one-on-one conversation with my son. It made an impression, and he grew a lot in maturity that afternoon.
