MURFREESBORO, TN - Amber Alert Issued for Missing Murfreesboro, TN Child: An Amber Alert was issued on Friday evening for a missing Murfreesboro child after the TBI confirmed that additional evidence was uncovered in her case. The missing child is 7-year-old Iris Crum.
Evidently, there has been growing concern about Crum's well-being, which is why the alert was issued on behalf of the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities say that Iris was last seen on March 1st in the area of Blue Fox Trail, which has a Murfreesboro adress. Blue Fox Trail is off of Powell's Chapel Road, near Wilson Elementary School and West Jefferson Pike. The 7-year-old is believed to be in the company of her non-custodial mother, Khaila Czereda (pictured above and below this story).
The mother is currently wanted by the Rutherford County Sheriff's Office for Custodial Interference and she is wanted by the San Diego County Sheriff's Office in California for Felony Child Abduction.
