Nashville, TN - Last night, an impressive joint effort between MNPD and collaborating agencies, including the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office and Mount Juliet Police Department, resulted in the apprehension of Adolfo Leon Isaza, aged 42, facing a total of 16 charges.

During a vehicle theft operation, Domestic Violence detectives spotted Isaza, a known felon, driving a stolen green Toyota Tacoma. When they attempted to pull him over on Nolensville Pike, he fled the scene.

With the assistance of MNPD Aviation, Isaza was tracked as he moved through Rutherford County (near Murfreesboro), and back into the Hermitage Precinct, and eventually to Mount Juliet, where he attempted to escape on foot before being captured.

Isaza was wanted for various domestic violence-related offenses, including aggravated stalking, three counts of aggravated assault, and four violations of protective orders. Following his arrest last night, he now faces additional charges of motor vehicle theft and felony evading arrest. He is currently held on a bond set at $129,500.

As of Monday, he remains behind bars in Davidson County.
