NASHVILLE, TN - The Nashville Metro Violent Crimes Division has arrested robbery suspect Yordi Xitumul Gutierrez, 20, at his Old Hickory home this past weekend. Gutierrez was identified as the man who allegedly robbed three people in two different incidents over the last month after posting a Toyota Corolla for sale on Facebook marketplace.

Gutierrez allegedly met the victims in both incidents at locations on Old Hickory Boulevard after they responded to his marketplace ad looking to buy the vehicle. The victims reported that Gutierrez brandished a handgun before taking the money brought for the transaction. In one of the robberies a second victim was also robbed of his iPhone and license plate.

Gutierrez was charged with three counts of aggravated robbery. He is now jailed on $150,000 bond.
