KNOXVILLE, TN - Smyrna Police Detectives Tiffany Kettering and Rebekah Ronin have reached an important milestone in their careers, graduating from the highly regarded National Forensic Academy (NFA) in Knoxville. This rigorous 10-week program is designed to enhance the skills of law enforcement personnel, equipping them with the tools and techniques needed to solve complex cases efficiently.

The NFA curriculum provides hands-on training in critical areas of forensic science, including blood spatter analysis, excavation of bodies from graves, arson investigation, entomology, fingerprinting, and more.
