RCSO has co-responders who assist deputies at situations with mental or chemical-alcohol issues. Christina Harness (left) is the coordinator of the Co-Responder program at the Rutherford County Sheriffs Office. Emily Hill (right) is the responder and is the individual who actually goes on-the-scene with deputies. She has one-on-one contact with the person who needs assistance with the RCSO "Community Outreach" program.
