The first quarter report from the Tennessee Housing Market indicates that *home sells are literally up and down in Rutherford County and the state of Tennessee. Dr. David Penn at MTSU stated…

Dr. Penn is the director of the Business and Economic Research Center at MTSU. He told WGNS that the number of unemployed rose by 3,000 and the number of those seeking employment outnumbered job availability.
