MURFREESBORO, TN—Authorities are actively searching for a suspect who robbed a Dollar General at gunpoint on Halls Hill Pike around 3:30PM on Tuesday afternoon (4/1/2025). Witnesses reported seeing the suspect fleeing toward the Grove Apartments following the robbery.
Murfreesboro Police Department (MPD) officers, with support from MPD K9 units and Middle Tennessee State University Police Department K9 teams, are conducting a thorough search of the area.
The suspect is described as wearing all black, including a hoodie, sunglasses, and gloves. He has reddish hair and a beard.
Residents in the vicinity are urged to remain vigilant and report any sightings of the suspect to Murfreesboro Police at (615) 893-1311. Authorities continue to investigate and work toward ensuring public safety.
