I love Rutherford County, it is home, it is where my roots are and with the exponential growth this county has experienced in my short life of 40+ years, I know this is a pivotal moment in our county’s history, whether it is realized or not,” Skidmore said
“I am running because I know, as a mother and a patriot, the face of our county government is poised to change as we know it. Skidmore concluded her remarks by saying “this campaign is not about JoAnne Skidmore- it’s about Rutherford County and the people in district 15. One of my heroes, President Ronald Reagan, said, "There is no limit to the amount of good you can do if you don't care who gets the credit.
