Shawn Templeton of Shave Barber Lounge volunteers his time to provide free haircuts to the youth detained at the Rutherford County Juvenile Detention Center. He explains to the young people the process of becoming a licensed Barber, and shares his experiences of building and running his own business.  Templeton emphasized that he wants to change children’s lives.
