For the 4^th time, a Murfreesboro man has been arrested for driving on a revoked license. Tony L. Miller was pulled over on North Academy Street for having expired tags. Reports indicate that Miller also had a small amount of crack cocaine in his possession when stopped. Miller will appear in court on August the 17^th.
